    Salesforce Integration

    I am looking to do Salesforce Integration to take a product and put it on the App Exchange. Have done the functional specs for the initial end customer and interested in:

    a) What are the do's and don't of this?
    b) Anyone got any recommendations or interested in doing this?

    More a question for the Technical fora rather than Business/Contracts?

      Don't give it to anyone who would offshore it. I got an incident through to me, complaining that the performance was slow. Turned out they'd forgotten to add a filter to a select that was reading a table with 100+ million records. On a second occasion, another performance issue.. This one was because they'd put the same value into every part of the filter. So you'd ask for material X, and the query would have in the filter

      material = X AND
      date created = X AND
      non_eu_flag = X...

      for every non-key field...

      Bunch of morons.
      Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

        Happy to have it moved. However I am offering a contract as well.

        *No agencies please*

                Good point. I did think you were going to pull me up in it being old Latin and it's use is in decline vs forums.

                  nah.

                  I got pulled on that last week. For suggesting agendum is the correct singular for agenda.
                  You explicitly used the plural though when there is only one technical forum.

                    It should be "its" not "it's" though
