Why do you want to use Meteor? What does it bring that others don't?

Less lines of code and quick to MVP, less money and time to market. Also does Cordova and all them major frontends integration and solid roadmap and new podcast

MVP - for a Mobile App or a Web app or Desktop app or all of them?

One of the known issue with Cordova is its web view performance bottlenecks. From the user experience point of view, this is totally undesirable however good your MVP is. Therefore I recommend that going with Flutter or React would be a best choice.

Meteor covers all the platforms with one codebase.

Not worried about performance for these MVPs
