    Rotating AVI 90 degrees

    Gf Swamp took a short film holding the camera the wrong way up. Now she expects me to 'fix' it, but video is really not my thing. Would rather avoid trial and error of freeware software on my PC that wants to charge me money, or installs adware, trojans and the like. A quick Google search just brings up a scary amount of Internet rubbish.

    So if anyone knows any sites that can do a simple 90 degree rotation of an AVI, or a decent bit of free software that can achieve the same, then I would be most grateful!

    TIA

    Rotate TV 90 degrees. Sorted. Simple.

    On them! On them! They fail!

      I tried that. Now it's upside-down.

              What if I rotate her 90 degrees?

                Play the original video and make a film of the monitor, with the camera at the same angle it was in the first place. Repeat 2 more times.

                  IIRC it goes something like

                  { 1, 0 }
                  { 0, -1 }

                  Just apply that to every pixel, and you're done.
                  Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
