    Quick Java Certification Courses ?

I've been programming Java for a fair while now but I thought it might be helpful if I get certified. I don't want to spend ages going through books and/or online guides. What I really want is a quick 5-7 course where I can get in, learn what I need to know, sit the course and get out.

Has any one any experience of such courses and are they any good ? I've been told about firebrandtraining and the courses they but wondered if there was anyone else running certification training that is worth looking in to.

    Thanks

Mate of mine did .Net with firebrand - he thought it was a good deal, but very hard work.

I'd second Firebrand. Heard some good things about them.

Yes thanks for the confirmation about Firebrand guys. I phoned them today and it's not until Nov that next run a course.

I'd hoped to here about a few other companies that run courses ?

I've used Firebrand a couple of times. Hard work but courses are shorter than anywhere else.
