    How does one go about getting substitutes, (no one in my circle is available) ? say to replace for a couple of months?

          wouldn't it be a good idea for an organisation to be created that specialised in providing substitutes? There must be many individuals who will be leaving direct contracting for many reasons, e.g. retirement, who might be happy to fill in as a substitute for short periods. An opening for some entrepreneur possibly?

            There is one..cant remember who know..it was £500 p.a but £2500 if you actually use them !
