Umbrella company wont work with agency.

    I agree, there is so much more an umbrella company can get wrong than an agency usually this would be a first for me!

    Having said that I think that orange genie have a good reputation and are fcsa approved, perhaps they can be more specific about the risk with this particular agency?

      Unless the agency does not pay the umbrella, then it becomes an issue to all parties involved, but yes I agree the umbrella has a big responsibility once they have the funds.
