Agencies will be required to let HMRC know the details of any workers who are not employed on a PAYE basis, including the following details:
Your full name (including any middle names)
Your address (including postcode)
Your NI number OR gender and date of birth
A unique taxpayer reference (UTR) for people who are self-employed or members of a partnership. This doesn’t apply to people working through a PSC
Your limited company details (including registered address). This includes umbrella company details.

Along with the reporting information cojak has listed that is sent by the recruiters on a quarterly basis, the financial data (PAYE) is sent to HMRC by the umbrella employer each and every time the worker is paid through an RTI (Real Time Information) submission.
