And something that isn’t going to cost the umbrella an arm and a leg to provide. Cycle to work stuff and perkbox probably falls under that category.
The umbrella has to fork out for the cost of the bike first before retrieving funds from salary sacrifice from the contractor, unless I am missing something. Although I did notice that the umbrella can opt for finance which I am guessing would be passed to the contractor.
