      It was more because I was confused at the 11% uplift not matching up to the regular day rate through agency. But then it's very possible my calculations are wrong.

        £475 PAYE - nets £1,451.34 per week
        £527.85 Umbrella PAYE - nets you £1,502.37, so an extra £51.03

        Assuming standard tax codes, no pension etc. HTHs

            How does that break down.

            I can't see how an 11% uplift covers 13.4% Employers NI, .5% apprenticeship levy and 3% company pension contribution. After all the days worked at the same...
