          Yes I worked as an independent consultant direct to the NHS IMG and to a large Trust for over 4 years including a project that won Project of the Year for Networks Magazine. The people in Wyoming are just as deserving of healthcare as anywhere else. The problems are different and the fact the NHS is so huge is irrelevant.

          The numbers were not intended to impress but the size of the State and the small population presents its own problems. Don't be so judgmental.
