Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water – Yorkshire – £450 a day

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a long-term freelance role with a growing workload and genuine security of work?

We are working with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a significant programme of AMP8 water infrastructure projects across Yorkshire. With over £25m of secured work already underway and additional schemes entering the pipeline, they are looking for a commercially astute Senior QS to take ownership of a portfolio of clean and foul water projects delivered under NEC4 contracts.

* Immediate start available

* Responsible for change management, early warnings, compensation events, subcontract procurement, cost forecasting and month-end reporting.

* Projects range from £500k to £5m and include clean water upgrades, chemical dosing installations and wastewater improvement schemes throughout North and South Yorkshire.

* 6 Months initial contract – likelihood to run closer to 12 Months

* £450 a day

* Outside IR35
