JLR - I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer to join their team

Job Description

Design and develop the vehicle technical specifications and attributes across vehicle architectures
Lead and resolve complex multifunctional engineering problems.
Be able to balance competing attributes and requirements to define the optimum engineering solution.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional vehicle systems
Enthusiasm for vehicles and their development
Good IT literacy e.g. ability to create and manage presentations and spreadsheets
Full UK driving licencePersonal Profile:

An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a demanding environment
An individual with the ability to prioritise their work load and that of others
A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
An effective team player who supports team members
