Panel Wirer
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Rate of Pay: £15 per hr - £20per hr depending on experience/qualifications
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday 8.30am – 1.30pm
A dynamic and innovative company is looking for a skilled Panel Wirer to take on the
assembly, wiring, and installation of control panels. The successful candidate will bring
experience in electrical wiring and panel assembly, along with a focus on safety.
What you will be doing:
• Build and wire control panels for control systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Recognise if electrical components are/are not sized correctly to meet electrical loadings
detailed on wiring schematics.
• Ensure all wiring and installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
What you will bring to the team:
• Proven experience as a Panel Wirer
• knowledge of electrical wiring, panel assembly, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations related to electrical work.
