Warehouse Operatives – Sittingbourne (x5 vacancies)
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, or for school leavers looking to begin a career in a fast-paced environment. This will be working for a market leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing business. The role is based on site in Sittingbourne in Kent.

Carrying out duties with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Following shift patterns and adapting to rotating schedules.

Maintaining high standards of punctuality, politeness, and teamwork.

Demonstrating initiative in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role (minimum of 12 months with one employer preferred).
*
School leavers may also be considered, particularly where voluntary work or other experience shows initiative.
*
GCSE (or equivalent) pass in Maths is essential.
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
*
Reliable travel arrangements to meet required shift patterns.
*
Commitment to the role for at least 6–9 months (not planning to leave for college, university, or extended travel).
Shift Pattern:

Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 10:00–18:00
Pay:
£13.00
