✅ Sourcing and registering top talent for industrial & warehousing roles
✅ Writing punchy job adverts and headhunting via CV databases/social media
✅ Building strong candidate relationships and keeping talent pools buzzing
✅ Supporting compliance and smooth onboarding
What we need from you:
🔑 Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing (industrial/warehousing is a bonus!)
🔑 Confidence in candidate attraction and screening
🔑 A driven, target-focused attitude with serious people skills
