Senior TPM Execution Manager

Location - London

Daily rate - £550/day PAYE £750/day Umbrella

Start date - ASAP

Contract - 6 Months

Our financial services client is currently seeking a Senior TPM Execution Manager to join their team as part of natural growth within the department. The Senior TPM Execution Manager is responsible for evolving the TPM operating model, ensuring efficient and effective execution. The role holder defines and manages the strategic change initiatives portfolio and leveraging Group transformation to implement and embed initiatives across GB GF and regions. They define the TPM knowledge and skillset, and design role-based training materials.

Key Responsibilities: Support with operationalising the TPM vision and strategyWorking with Group Transformation to implement changes to TPM processes, tools and technology across GB GFs and regions, including design and delivery of comms material, training and upskillingLeading change impact assessments prior to TPM process, tool and technology changesLeverage Group Transformation change management approach and tailor to TPM requirements to support executionStays abreast of market trends (e.g. emerging digital technology), and attends TPM Banking roundtables leveraging insights to ensure continuous improvementDesign strategic change initiatives aimed to improve TPM execution and manage portfolio of initiativesHelp to define the TPM knowledge & skillset across the TPM sphere (TPM, business, and Delivery Hub) and support global role-based training materials for delivery

Key Requirements:The ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours. Facilitates information sharing through a dynamic process that positively affects work relationshipsDemonstrate effective leadership skills with stakeholders by developing, communicating and promoting the purpose, values and vision of improved procurement and supply chain management across the organisation and with suppliersUnderstands the company's use of materials and services, and their requirements and specifications. Knowledgeable about key suppliers and their main differentiators. Develops and manages supplier relationships based on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).Understands contracts lifecycle management, from planning and creation to execution and management. Able to distinguish when/when not to use contracts, can draft contracts, knows how to work with Legal, tracks execution and initiates sourcing prior to exp. The ability to develop contracts that include defined mechanisms to realize negotiated value that aligns company needs and business requirements while mitigating risk to the company.Understanding, owning and keeping on top of changing procurement trends can focus the organisation on digital transformation, supplier synergies and cost savingsUnderstands the external factors which influence a supplier. Typically referred to as the 'external environment', this consists of competitors, the economic, social, monetary system and the political/legal system.The participation in, or responsibility for development of strategies and plans to deliver on specific risk and compliance initiatives and enablement of organisational operational requirementsKnowledge of strategic sourcing methods, technologies and processes; ability to analyse, improve and re-evaluate organizational procurement process continuouslyDemonstrate effective leadership skills with stakeholders by developing, communicating and promoting the purpose, values and vision of improved procurement and supply chain management across the organisation and with suppliers
