Mobile Network Designer - Inside IR35

A Mobile Network Designer is required with Knowledge of GERAN, UTRAN & LTE design or planning environment. Understanding of mobile network performance and optimisation and Coverage testing tools and understanding understanding of the complex interaction between coverage and capacity in the mobile radio access network. This role will require 2 to 3 days per week on site in Birmingham. Please note that this role is inside IR35 and will require working via an FCSA approved umbrella company.

Skills and Experience:

*5+ years' experience in Mobile Radio Access Network Design. (MANDATORY)

*Substantial evidence of delivering and developing market-leading solutions as required by the business. (PREFERRED)

*Experience of design of indoor or in-tunnel solutions or temporary cell sites. (MANDATORY)

*Experience of working in projects involving multiple MNO deployments. (PREFERRED )

*Good understanding of BT/EE's tools and systems. (MANDATORY)

*Good understanding of RAN network performance and KPI data. (MANDATORY)

*Good understanding of mobile device and RAN interaction (MANDATORY)

*Track record of successful delivery with the ability to manage interaction with external parties and customers. (PREFERRED)
