Im working with one of clients, a large global financial services company who provide intelligence, analytics and research for economic analysis and risk management who are who are looking to bring on a Data Business Analyst.
Role:
* Maintaining and updating BI tools, databases, dashboards, systems of methods and provide technical support for existing ones
* Identifying and analysing industry/geographic trends with business strategy implications
* Identifying current and potential customers with BI tools and manage flow of BI information to users
* Performing tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with business needs
* Providing Business intelligence and trends data for recommendations within the business
* Ensuring accurate developing of reporting solutions with model document and creating technical design documentation
* Communicating with si[[liers, professional organisations, competitors and customers to understand industry trends
Requirements:
* Experience with creating and supporting reports, dashboards, databases, spreadsheets
* Experience with collecting BI data from reports, purchased sources, public information etc.
* Experience analysing trends for future development within a business
* Experience generating standard or custom reports summarising business, economic, financial data for senior management to review
* Experience with Microsoft, Word, Excel etc.
* Undergraduate degree preferred
* 2-3 years industry experience
