IT Transformation Director

My client is looking for an IT Transformation Director for an initial 6 month contract with the strong chance of renewal.

This role is inside of IR35.

"*Following detailed organisation design we are sourcing a transformation lead to manage the implementation of the programme.

*The transformation lead will need to work at C-Suite level, prepare exec briefings, manage multiple senior stakeholders pan NSE and drive the delivery of the programme.

*Previous experience integrating IT and managing high level programmes across European countries"

-We want someone who shows empathy and has strong influencing skills

-Solid UK experience - but also experience working cross border/especially in European countries

- strong listening and communication skills

- happy to get in involved and deliver

*Engaging with very senior stakeholders / board in a highly visible role so opportunity to develop internal C suite network of contacts across the firm

Location will be London / remote - may involve European travel when possible in 2022 (likely France and Italy)
