Role description

Assists the Product Owner(s) and the Agile Team in refining the Product Backlog Items / User Stories.

Responsibilities include: Gather the functional requirement for application development /enhancement etc.Work with Customer analysts and contribute to finalizing the functional requirementsCarry out business process mapping, business process reengineering, and business process analysis wherever neededReview UAT scenarios and training materialsResponsible for ensuring the right level of functional knowledge in the technical teamReview of testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are metAssist in Third Line Support of production issue resolution as it pertains to business processesAudit business blueprint/ design documents for configuration readinessPerform configuration per the design documentsUnit test and review objects developed from functional specificationsAssist Senior Tester to develop integration test scripts and to perform integration testingUnderstand use cases, technical requirements and functional product requirements and translate them to Product Backlog ItemsCreate the technical, functional and operational requirements of the ProductInitiate and influence relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for themCommunicate effectively so that customers, suppliers and other stakeholders understand and agree what will meet their needsValidate strategies, requirements and business needsConduct feasibility studies, produce high-level and detailed business modelsPrepare business cases and take into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.Essential skills and experience Senior BASalesforcePlease submit CVs today!
