I am working with an exciting new company whose Algorithms team delivers the advanced AI algorithms and methodologies which are central to the neuromorphic technology in their processors. The team is looking for an experienced Neuromorphic Algorithms Engineer that can explore and develop neuromorphic algorithms for next-generation use-cases. The ideal candidate has a strong record of research / development / engineering in the brain-inspired computing domain, and a solid foundation in the AI/ML space. In this role, you will be responsible forExploring and developing neuromorphic AI algorithms targeting their architectureDeveloping new algorithms based on spiking neural networks, and applying them to challenging customer use-casesAnalysing and profiling AI/ML algorithms, performance analysis and benchmarking of neuromorphic conceptsContributing to the research and development of new IPThe ideal candidate for this position
Has a PhD or MSc with several years of relevant experience in the neuromorphic computing fieldHas profound knowledge of spiking neural networks and neuromorphic computing concepts - strong experience in developing spiking neural networks for applications, and their training.Knowledge of conventional AI/ML algorithms, experience in building and deploying deep neural networks with standard frameworks (eg. Tensorflow, PyTorch, PyNN…)Is a problem solver, has a goal-oriented attitude, and is highly-motivatedIs a self-starter, and is passionate about technologyPreferred skills for this position
C/C++/SystemCMATLAB, PythonTensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch or an alternative framework (appreciated)They offer a dynamic work environment that is centered around a fearless engineering culture, and driven by ambitious teams empowered with the freedom to innovate.
