Back Office Support Engineer

Multiple vacancies

Full time onsite in Belgium

French or Dutch language is mandatory (plus English)

Responsibilities:

* Troubleshooting remotely technical issues through data collection from network

* Diagnosing and remotely support repair action

* Speaking to field technicians to quickly get the root of their problem

* Providing timely and accurate feedback to field techs

* Talking techs through, a series of actions to resolve the problem

* Follow up with techs to ensure the problem is solved

* Managing multiple cases at one time

* Testing and evaluating new procedures

* Providing validation & acceptance reports

Description

For the growth of our activities, we are looking for a motivated collaborator to support our daily activities. You support the project at the operational and technical level using the available tools and processes. You monitor the HFC network and take appropriate action after a technical analysis in the context of the project.

* You are jointly responsible for delivery within the agreed time, form, quality conditions and budget.

* You work closely with the coordinator and technicians and communicate fluently with all parties involved.

* You think creatively about complex problems and seek lasting solutions.

* You work according to our processes, and you are also agile and flexible in changing circumstances. It is not difficult for you to cut the knots: you dare to decide on the basis of the information available.

Your profile

* You are an involved employee who knows the HFC network well.

* You hold an A2 level engineering degree or an equivalent degree through experience.

* You have team spirit

* You are a process controller with an open and constructive vision (and a lot of common sense).

* You work in a structured way and you have strong organizational skills.

* You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* You do not lack decisiveness and the ability to make decisions: you dare to cut through the knots and make choices at crucial moments.

* You can keep several balls in the air, you keep the overview and you can distinguish the main cases from the side cases. Stress is unknown to you.

* You excel in clear and targeted communication.

* You are energetic, enthusiastic, enterprising and have a positive outlook on things.

* You are bilingual Dutch-French and you communicate fluently in English.
