Business Analyst (API, Web Portals) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:Acting as a liaison between the business / product owners and the development teamRunning virtual workshops with our corporate customers and internal stakeholdersManaging business processes and technical solution designs, creating user stories, defining new capabilities, and supporting testingHelping with customer onboarding for the company's market facing PortalDocumenting business solution concepts as well as integration overviewsIdentifying risks and dependencies and communicating those with the Product Owner / Manager

Your experience/knowledge:4+ years of work experience as a Business AnalystSound understanding of web portalsAbility to develop and explain concepts to various stakeholdersGood knowledge of insurance domainsWorking experience in agile project methodologies

Your soft skills: Collaborative and team focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and working relationships across the organizationGood skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvements, increasing transparency
