* Agile Methodologies Foundation, BCS Agile Foundation Certificate or equivalent accreditation or relevant job experience.

* ITIL v4 Foundation

* Stakeholder Relationship Management

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills up to senior level.

* Ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage own and team workload effectively to ensure budget and timelines are met.

* Confident in numerical and financial analysis with good commercial awareness.
