12-month minimum contract
£400/day - Outside IR35

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in ground-mounted Solar PV? Are you looking for your next contract opportunity?

Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project in Milton Keynes.

You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise subcontractors and daily site activities

Oversee ground-mounted Solar PV installation works

Ensure HSQE and CDM requirements are met

Deliver toolbox talks and monitor site safety

Monitor workmanship and installation quality

Report progress, risks, delays and issues to the Project Manager

Support snagging, quality checks and project completion

Act as the main on-site contact for subcontractors and suppliers

Essential Experience:

3-5 years' site supervision experience

Ground-mounted Solar PV experience - essential

Experience working on large-scale solar or renewable energy projects

Strong subcontractor management experience

Good understanding of HSQE and UK construction regulations

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Strong leadership and communication skills

SMSTS - essential

First Aid - essential

Desirable:

IOSH / NEBOSH

Experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects

Strong site quality and snagging experience
