Site Engineer

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways project in Hull, with an immediate start available from tomorrow.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme, supporting the delivery of highways and civil engineering works as part of an established project team.

Responsibilities:

* Setting out for highways and associated civil engineering works.

* Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

* Producing and maintaining accurate site records.

* Carrying out surveys and checking works.

* Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and the client team.

* Supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on highways or infrastructure projects.

* Proficient with setting-out equipment including GPS and Total Station.

* Strong understanding of highways construction and engineering principles.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* CSCS Card essential.

* SMSTS or SSSTS advantageous.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
