About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Telehandler Operator to join our team on a dynamic residential project in Midhurst. This opportunity offers the chance to play a vital role in the development of a high-quality housing site. As our Telehandler expert, your precision and commitment will ensure the safe and efficient movement of building materials on site.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maneuver: Safely drive and handle the telehandler to transport a variety of materials including bricks, timber, scaffolding, and general supplies.

Material management: Accurately load and unload deliveries, ensuring resources reach various trades promptly while maintaining site efficiency.

Routine maintenance: Carry out daily equipment checks and perform basic maintenance to ensure our machinery remains in top condition.

Health & Safety: Rigorously adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while working collaboratively with site management and fellow team members.

Candidate Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience operating telehandlers on construction sites, ideally in residential projects.

Certifications: Must hold a valid CPCS/NPORS telehandler ticket (essential) and a current CSCS card.

Safety First: A proactive attitude towards site safety, with keen attention to detail and adherence to best practices.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team.

Additional: A full UK driving licence and a commitment to long-term, quality work in a dynamic environment
