Key Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering design activities across water infrastructure projects
Provide technical leadership to engineers, designers, and technicians
Manage project delivery from outline design through to detailed design
Review calculations, reports, and technical deliverables
Support multidisciplinary design coordination and project planning
Manage design quality, risk, and technical compliance
Work closely with clients and project stakeholders
Support resource planning and project prioritisation
Requirements
Strong civil engineering experience within the UK regulated water sector
Experience delivering clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Background in outline and detailed design delivery
Strong understanding of UK water industry standards and requirements
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience preferred
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
