Applicants should be able to demonstrate:-
1. Adequate numeracy and literacy skills needed for this post and be able to show they have been trained in: *
1. Administration practices
1. Customer care/front line service
2. Relevant IT skills and knowledge of software packages *
3. Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience*
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.*
3. To have the ability to acquire the necessary standard of computer skills using word, spreadsheets and databases.*
4. Ability to work within a team and work on your own initiative when required.*
5. An understanding of and a personal commitment to the Vision and Values of Liverpool City Council
6. To have knowledge and an ability to demonstrate an understanding of the LEAs policies on Equal Opportunities.
