Working Site Manager (360 Ticket Required) – Petrol Forecourt Project
Location: Capelgate, Ipswich
Job Type: Contract / Temporary
Start Date: 6/7/2026

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Site Manager for a petrol forecourt construction project in Caplegate, Ipswich.
This is a hands-on role requiring a candidate who is comfortable managing site operations while also operating machinery when required. A valid 360 Excavator Ticket is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Operate a 360 excavator as required.
Coordinate deliveries, plant, and materials.
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
Maintain health and safety compliance and site records.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and project management teams.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Working Site Manager within civil engineering, groundworks, or forecourt projects.
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
Valid CSCS Card.
Valid 360 Excavator Ticket (CPCS or NPORS).
First Aid at Work certification preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead site teams while remaining hands-on with site operations.What We Offer:
