About this contract

Questech Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join one of our busy manufacturing clients based in the Knottingley area on a contract basis.

Start Date: 20th July
Contract: Minimum 6 Weeks
Rate: £35.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Days

The Role

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance on manufacturing machinery.

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise production downtime.

* Work on a variety of manufacturing and automated equipment.

* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives where required.

Requirements

* Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

* Previous experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

* Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
