Project Manager - Multiple Projects

Location: Northampton
Contract: Freelance
Rate: £250 - £270 per day

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee multiple live construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing 3–4 live projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from £50,000 to £100,000. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee 3–4 concurrent construction projects.

* Plan, programme, and coordinate works to meet project deadlines.

* Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost control.

* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.

* Carry out regular site visits and quality inspections.

* Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

* Resolve project issues proactively and efficiently.

* Produce progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.

* Experience managing projects valued between £10k and £100k.

* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – Essential.

* Enhanced DBS Certificate – Essential.

* First Aid at Work – Essential.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sites
