TeacherActive is looking to recruit enthusiastic Design Technology and Food Technology Supply Teachers to join our busy and growing team, supporting a range of fantastic secondary schools across Bath & North East Somerset (BANES).
Whether you're seeking day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or long-term placements, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your availability. You'll have the chance to teach across well-resourced schools, build experience in different environments, and make a real impact on students' learning.
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
Have experience teaching Design Technology and/or Food Technology at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is advantageous)
Be confident delivering engaging, practical lessons across a range of specialisms
Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different school environments
Be committed to supporting students in achieving their full potential
