Site Agent

We are recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of a major tunnelling, piling, and concrete infrastructure project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term programme of works involving tunnelling operations, piling works, reinforced concrete structures, and associated heavy civil engineering packages.

Site Agent Responsibilities:

* Support the management and delivery of day-to-day site operations.

* Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and operational teams.

* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project programme.

* Maintain high standards of quality assurance, site records, and project documentation.

* Assist with planning, progress reporting, and client coordination.

* Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all site activities.

Site Agent Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Sub Agent on tunnelling, piling, reinforced concrete, or heavy civils infrastructure projects.

* SMSTS certification.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* Good understanding of temporary works, excavation safety, and reinforced concrete construction.

* Experience coordinating multiple work fronts and subcontractors.

* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
