Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3
Location: Hertfordshire
Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
Contract: Temporary and Permanent Positions Available
Temporary £13-£16 per hour
Permanent - £26,000-£32,000
We are currently recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join a range of welcoming nursery settings across Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified childcare professionals who are passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities.
Creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress.
Supporting daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play.
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
Essential Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.DBS Refund Available: Candidates who need to apply for a new DBS can receive a full refund after completing 20 days of work.
