Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Handyman / Woman to carry out snagging and making good works on sites in the Hailsham area. The role will involve working in completed and occupied homes, interacting with customers, and delivering high-quality remedial works to a professional standard.
Handyman Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out snagging works across completed plots and occupied properties
Making good finishes including patch repairs, filling, sanding, decorating, and minor repairs
Completing remedial works following customer reports
Providing a professional and courteous service to customers at all times
Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy after each visit
Managing and maintaining your own tools and materials
Reporting completed tasks and any issues to site management
Handyman Requirements:
Proven experience in snagging and making good within housing or construction
Must be professional, presentable, and customer-focused
Must have all relevant tools required to carry out snagging and making good works
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage own workload
CSCS card (essential)
Full UK driving licence preferred
