Veritas Education is working closely with a well-established SEN school in Preston who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing, committed and resilient teacher looking to make an impact on the lives of children with additional needs.

About the Role

The successful SEN Teacher will:

Teach small classes of pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, MLD, SLD, SEMH and communication difficulties.
Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that engage learners at all ability levels.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and senior leaders.
Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
Monitor progress and keep accurate records in line with school policy.
Use a therapeutic, trauma-informed and child-centred approach.About the School

QTS or QTLS.
Experience working in an SEN setting or with pupils with additional learning needs.
