Senior Planner
Location: East Chiltington
Rate: £400–£450 per day Limited or PAYE Umbrella
About the Role
Are you an experienced Senior Planner with a strong background in civil engineering or water infrastructure? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing delivery team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of major infrastructure schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Development: Develop and maintain detailed project programmes from inception through to completion using Primavera P6, ensuring programmes accurately reflect project requirements and progress.
Planning & Reporting: Monitor project performance, identify critical path activities, programme risks, and mitigation measures, while producing regular planning updates and progress reports for key stakeholders.
Project Support: Work collaboratively with project, commercial, and site teams to ensure programme accuracy, support pre-construction and tender planning activities, and maintain alignment with contractual milestones and delivery objectives.
What We're Looking For
Engineering qualification.
Proven experience as a Senior Planner within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
Experience creating detailed project programmes from first principles.
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Microsoft Project experience is advantageous.
