A specialist secondary provision, delivered in partnership with a mainstream academy, is looking for a part-time Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND who are integrated alongside mainstream peers. SEND experience, ideally within a setting integrating students with mainstream peers
Confidence supporting GCSE or entry-level curriculum delivery
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to SEMH needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A relevant qualification in support, care, or education is desirable but not essential
