Role: Factory Operative
I am looking for a reliable and hardworking Precast Concrete Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete components using precast moulds.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Set up and prepare various precast moulds
* Pour, level, and finish concrete to required standards
* Interpret basic drawings and follow work instructions accurately
* Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
This is an immediate start and you will need to be available for an interview with Factory Manager.
