About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out painting, decorating, and damp & mould works.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of painting, decorating & damp wash for tenanted properties across Central & North Birmingham.

Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade

Previous experience in painting or damp & mould wash across social housing or private

Strong communication and customer service skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to perform basic secondary trades
