What We're Looking For:
Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working as a Qualified Primary School Teacher
Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role:
Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.

Hold Right to Work in the UK
QUALIFIED TEACHING STATUS (QTS)
