Are you an experienced L&D professional who can take ownership of learning activity from initial request through to delivery?
This varied, hands-on opportunity combines LMS administration, training coordination, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

Working pattern: Hybrid
The Role
You will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the business, including:
Managing training requests, bookings and learner queries
Setting up and maintaining courses within the LMS
Facilitating workshops and group learning sessions
Creating and updating digital learning content
Working with managers, subject-matter experts and training providers
Monitoring participation, completion and learner feedback
Producing learning reports and identifying improvements
Managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requirements
About You
You will ideally have:
Previous experience within learning and development or training
Hands-on experience using or administering an LMS
Confidence facilitating workshops or learning sessions
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
Experience creating or maintaining digital learning content
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
A practical, collaborative and learner-focused approachExperience within a fast-paced environment or a relevant learning qualification would be advantageous, although practical experience and mindset are more important.
