My client is seeking two Automation Business Analysts with strong Pega experience to support a workflow automation programme. The role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, running discovery activities, engaging stakeholders and building a pipeline of use cases.

Key Requirements

Proven Business Analyst experience within workflow automation programmes
Active SC Clearance
Strong Pega knowledge and experience with low-code platforms
Requirements gathering and business process analysis
Stakeholder engagement, workshops and discovery sessions
Feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis
Backlog management and prioritisation
Experience identifying automation and AI opportunities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have

Experience with Power Platform and/or ServiceNow
Experience in large enterprise environments
