Service Administrator – 9 Month Temporary Contract
Based in Shaftesbury
£13.45 per hour
Monday to Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours per week)
We're looking for a Service Administrator to join a busy team on a 9-month temporary contract. This is a varied administrative role supporting engineers, customers, and the wider business to ensure the smooth running of the service department.
Key duties include:
* Supporting customers, engineers and contractors
* Processing invoices, credits and purchase orders
* Managing customer records and service documentation
* Processing engineer timesheets and expenses
* Updating internal systems and customer portals
* Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
* General administration to support the service team
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous administration and customer service experience
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude
* Good communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience within Facilities Management or a service-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
