Microsoft Dynamics 365: F&O Solution Architect

6 Month Contract | Hybrid - Bristol | £550-£600 per day (Outside IR35)

The Role

Our client, a large multi-site organisation running Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance & Operations (F&O), is looking for an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect to join their in-house D365 team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on architect who enjoys both the technical design work and working closely with an internal team to raise capability and reduce duplication of effort.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead implementation of a D365 F&O environment to meet the security requirements of incoming client engagements
Provide architectural oversight across the Project Operations and Project Ledger modules
Work alongside the existing in-house D365 team responsible for managing the bi-annual update cycles.
Identify opportunities to create synergy across multiple sites currently performing update cycles independently, reducing duplication of effort
Define appropriate security architecture, access controls, and governance for the restricted environment
Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to shape a forward roadmap for the platform
Provide documentation, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to the internal D365 teamAbout You:

Proven track record as a Solution Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365: F&O implementations
Strong hands-on experience configuring secure/restricted D365 F&O environments
Experience with Project Operations and Project Ledger modules
Familiarity with managing or advising on update cycles
Experience working across multi-site organisations, ideally with a track record of harmonising processes across teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable working alongside an in-house team
Able to work hybrid with regular on-site presence in Bristol
