SITE MANAGER REQUIRED- Chelmsford, Essex
Rate for the SITE MANAGER: £280 - £320 per day
Role: Site manager needed working for a modular build company
Requirements:
* CSCS Gold/Black, SMSTS , First Aid, Enhanced DBS
* Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of building processes.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
