We are currently recruiting for an exciting Assistant Manager opportunity with a premium customer service-led retailer in Dublin. Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
Lead, motivate and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive sales and commercial performance through strong KPI management.
Create a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Coach team members to improve performance and develop their skills.
Support with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards.
Assist with stock management, loss prevention and operational processes.
Deputise for the Store Manager when required.
