We're looking for dedicated Behavioural Support Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people thrive while gaining valuable experience for future careers in education, psychology, youth work, or mental health support.

Behavioural Support Assistant Role:

Supporting pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
Working 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour and engagement
Helping implement behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies
Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, structured learning environment
Building positive relationships to encourage confidence, resilience, and progress

Behavioural Support Assistant Requirements:

Genuine interest in supporting young people
Patient, calm, and proactive approach
Experience or training in behaviour management or manual handling preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
