Pay: £13.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:45pm
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
We are seeking a reliable Press Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch.
This practical role suits candidates who thrive in a manufacturing setting and are confident handling machinery, manual tasks, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare materials for production
Operate presses safely and efficiently
Unload finished products safely
Perform mould changes
Finish products to the required quality standards
Pack products ready for collection
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
Carry out manual handling tasks
Achieve productivity targets to meet customer demand
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Able to follow processes and Health & Safety procedures diligently
Capable of manual handling responsibilities
Reliable and committed to meeting production targets
Team players who collaborate effectively
Motivated to learn and develop within a manufacturing role
Previous experience in press operation or manufacturing would be advantageous.
